Note: WTF´10 is medium challenging trekking trip across wonderful Malá Fatra Mountains (not so physically demanding). Anyway, previous experiences
in trekking and camping, together with a good physical condition are highly recommended. Organizing team is reserving the right to choose the
appropriate candidates according to their hiking experiences and physical abilities (as they stated in the registration formular), in order to prevent
and eliminate possible accidents and unexpected situations.

1.day / 9th September:
Afternoon (from 15:00) - arrival of participants to Terchová
Evening- fun and sport program, short walk around – one of the biggest Slovak wooden Betlehems (see video), rich dinner, resting and deep sleep in
"EGEA cottage"

2.day / 10th September
Poor breakfast , start of the trek (only small backpack will be needed during this day), Jánošíkové diery canyons + ascent to Veľký Rozsutec,
Malý Rozsutec, back to Terchová, poor dinner, free activities in "EGEA cottage"

3.day / 11th September
poor breakfast, Tiesňavy (canyons), ascent to the main ridge of Malá Fatra, accommodation in hut "Chata pod Chlebom"
4.day / 12th September
Optional trip to Šútovský vodopád waterfall (highest one in Malá Fatra Mountains - 33 m). Passing the main part of Malá Fatra, with the highest
peak – Veľký Kriváň (1 709 m), accommodation in hut "Chata pod Suchým"

5.day / 13th September
descent from „Chata pod Suchým“ hut to „Strečno“ village, ruins of Starý hrad castle and Strečno castle (excursion), + traditional old
raft ride on Váh river (in case of good weather). The end of the WTF´10 approximately at 15:00.

after a great and successful Tatra Trek eXpedition ´09 and positive recommendations and replies from the participants, we (EGEA BLAVA) decided to
invite all tourist friendly egeans again, who are willing to spend a nice time in trekking in Malá Fatra mountains in the north of Slovakia. Trip
will be physically friendly, not as difficult as in Nízke Tatry year ago, but anyway – some experiences in trekking are recommended and more than
welcome. Be ready for 4 days of trekking with your backpack from 15 km to 20 km a day.

Such a pity that I can't join, because classes are just started at that moment! 2nd week after the summerbreak..

I can highly recommend this event by EGEA Bratislava...attended the Tatra Trek last year in Slovakia and it was really cool - not exhausting at all
(though we had pretty longs walks, but mostly on good paths), hiking in a beautiful national park (this year) and very cool guys
