12-15 MARTIE
12.march - first day
7: leaving from Cluj - Napoca to the location
11: our arrival
- accommodation
- arrival of those who will come directly there
19:30 dinner
- 20:30 official Apuseni Weekend 2010 opening
13. march - second day
8:30 breakfast
9:30 visiting Scarisoara Cave, situated in Garda de Sus, at about 10 km away from our accommodation, with our guide, pf. Buzila Liviu, specialized in
geomorphology and one of the most passionate speleologist;
more info about the cave here
18:00 on our way back to the accommodation
20:30 dinner
21:20 EGEA Party(everyone should wear EGEA t=shirt )
14.march - third day
8:30 breakfast
9:30 leaving for Chiscau in order to visit BEARS CAVE, with our guide; more info about the cave here
17: back at our location
18:30 ski and hopefully snow for everybody
21: dinner
SURPRISE
15. march - last day
10:00 breakfast
- time to take last pictures, pack up and leave
15:00 leaving for Cluj-Napoca
Number minim of participants: 45
Number maxim of participants: 70
Fee: 40 euro for those who arrive at our accommodation
43 euro for those leaving from Cluj-Napoca
The price includes: 3 nights accommodation more info about our accommodation
place here
3 breakfasts, 3 dinners ([prepared by the organizers and volunteers )
transport from Cluj- Napoca for those arriving here and to those 2 caves and the entrance fee

is not at the same time with EuroMed..... euromed congress is in may and this event is in march....... so you are most than welcome Asia
