EGEA Vienna is happy to host the Live Meeting of the Entity Support Committee 2009/10.

Inofficial Meet and Greet at Charlie P's

Official Arrival day
Preparations for the Meeting at University and Sightseeing
Official Meet and Greet at Käuzchen
Saturday
Meeting day @ Department of Geography and Regional Research at the University of Vienna
Official "Going out" 
Sunday
Meeting part II (at Cafe Merkur)
Sightseeing in Vienna
Monday
Departure day
Hosting list will also be provided inthe document by Miri - please contact your host about your exact arrival/departure and the way of transport (and
what to bring, e.g. sleeping bag) - in case of no response of the guest/host please contact me or Miri.

I'd like to see Vienna for the first time, and Bratislava as well! We will have a city tour there on Thursday 28th (Garahnce, Roger and me)! EGEA

i hope you all had contact already with your host?
Please bring warm clothes it is freezing in Vienna at the moment 
Abput the programm: on sunday we could also go ice scating in front of the vienese city hall instead of what i proposed first: it is bigger ice
skating field than ever before and is it stays like this weather is just perfect for it...

Unfortunately there is one dutchy very very lousy in ice-skating . But I don't

For Flü, who will give you a little walk around in the city and for me, who will show you the department it is a bit unstressier like this - i hope
