Official announcement:
Due to some problems with the congress place, the congress will be moved by one (1) day. The reason is basically that we can't arrive
there on Sunday. This means that the congress is held from Monday 8 March to Saturday 13 March 2010. This of course causes some
changes in the program. The updated, and also more exact, program will be published tomorrow. The situation is actually not bad at all - a very nice
surprise actually came out of this situation. Unfortunately you have to wait until the congress to know what this surprise is!

We are very sorry for this, but we couldn't imagine that someone bought tickets already before getting a confirmed place to the congress. I hope this
will be manageable somehow.

Official announcement 2:
The updated and more specific program has been published! Have a look at it at the congress website.
The changes in brief:
-Arriving happens 2 hours earlier, 15:00-17:00 on Monday 8 March*.
-Evening activities have been specified
-The excursion day is moved to Friday
-Friday evening includes something special
*we are planning to organize a bus ride from central Helsinki for the participants that are interested. More info after registrations close (next
decade ).

When can we see the list of participants?(i know that after 3 january, but how many day after that)....because we realy have a problem with plane

We know, we know, that's why we are trying to be as fast as possible. On the congress website it's written that the list of participants will be
published 7.1.2010, or maybe a few days earlier if we can finish in time. This means that we need the entity priority lists immediately after the
congress registration is closed. I hope all entities can manage this.
