Great Idea Mirjam! 
Finding enough hosting places is no problem till now.
As Jan said, we can give you more informations on the program and anything else after our meeting this evening...

Actually we have 10 places for guests. Maybe we have some more places because some people didn't come to the meeting yesterday.
That means that everybody who wants to join the X-Mas Party have a sleeping place.
Now it is important that we know: When will you arrive in Hanover? Knowing that we can organize the program.

I will arrive at Hannover Hbf around 15:30 - 16:00. I will get there by car, so I cannot tell you the exact time.
I cannot stay until Sunday, but I'll be there for the live meeting on Saturday and leave at 19:00.

Here are some information:
1) Please try to be in Hanover until 18 o'clock. You can come earlier, but then tell us at soon as possible. Your host will contact you and you will
meet individually and then you will bring your stuff to your host. You can use the time until 19 o'clock to explore the city.
2) We will meet at 19 o'clock in the city and then go party to the x-mas market and some other locations.
3) We will organize a brunch at saturday. After that you can stay in Hanover or go home again.
4) We don't have a fee, so you have to pay for two day tickets for the "Stadtbahn" (Friday/Saturday) or you can use the Lower Saxony Ticket / Weekend
Ticket.
5) We will eat dinner at the x-mas market. There you can choose between many kinds of food.
6) We hope that we will have an amazing party. So we are looking forward to the X-Mas Party 2009 in Hanover!

I think Muenster & Osnabrueck will manage to be in Hannover around 6 pm. For example one regional train arrives at 17:50 in Hannover. So maybe that's
a good option.
So see you in 1,5 weeks!
