I just got back. Wow Moldova is a fascinating country! I met some very friendly people, and Chisinau is a really nice city to spend some time. And the
Moldovian wine and champagne are great! Mmm Cricova 
I've also visited Transniestria, which is ofcourse a more serious topic. There too the people are very friendly, but they live in a dictatorship and
suffer real poverty. Was very strange to walk around there and realize that a journey as mine would be impossible for most of the inhabitants of that
tiny region/country, trapped as they are because they don't have a recognised passport.. But that was also very interesting to visit, almost like
stepping back in time.
