I would like to share our favourite hostel adress in beautiful Tallinn:
Tehnika 16, close to the inner city center.
Very friendly woman, price was lowered by using own sleeping bags, we could use internet, the kitchen, TV, hot showers.... wonderful!
From outside you don't recognize it as a hostel but just go there and use the hidden bell!  You won't regret it!
Normal price: 240, Reduced (with own sleeping bags): 160.

Then I would like to recommend the 'old town backpackers hostel', inside the city center of Tallinn. A small and cosy hostel owned by a dutchman,
including internet, kitchen, living room, massage shower and free sauna for 12 euros a night  The best hostel I have ever been!

Last year, we went to Tallin during a trip with our study association and it was so beautiful!!!
