Hello !
In the frame of EGEA Moldova, in February, was created a Club of GeoCiclism and
EGEA Moldova organize this summer, in August a wide geobike tour arround Moldova,
all the interested egeans can join this program,
maybe the idea with Chisinau-Odesa can be included in this program.
The conditions for participation is:
-to have a wish to discover new regions, particularly Moldova
-to have a good bike
-to be preapared for the geographical advenure
At the moment we search also for support, including some sponsorship, in order to be able to organize this program- GeoBikeTour Moldova 2005.
This activity is also in continuity of EGEA Project Moldova 2004 which was organized together with the EGEA Krakow, Utrecht, Uppsala and Iasi.
EGEA Iasi will be involved as well and will organize a visiting tour in the Iasi region-Romania.
The coordinator of the EGEA Moldova project GeoBikeTour Moldova 2005 is Alexandru Panis,

This year in Moldova would be organized european annual eco festival - Ecotopia.. and to this event as usually, as I know it's 15th time when it is
organized bike tour.
It's starting from somewhere in Bosnia at 26 june, passing Slovenia, Romania, and enter Moldova on 5 August. One week trough Moldova. It's really nice
and undescovered yet.
There are in about 60 km per day (middle distance).
