how about wellprepared students? and the non-formal aspect of the association, which involves the fact that our members have also personal skills
(which are most of the time required by the companies). So our members can work for them in the future or go to interships.
Another comment at point 18.2: I dont think you should discuss that issue on the forum, simply add an article in the protocol to state that for the
waiting list there are followed the same steps as for the participants list. To be voted upon at the GA. In any case, if you want to discuss this, I
would recommend to first discuss it on the OCS forum or committees forum and only after that go public with it in case is still needed. |

Do you think we should emphasise on students in the invitation to Career Fair?
It can be good point actually, to describe our human resources + we will get some
useful statistics after survey results. |

As far as I know in other associations that have career fairs, they also present the students as a strong point, not the only on e ofcourse, but it
is there. That's why the word "career' is included, for them to find future employees in us and for our members to find future jobs |

Well the problem is, it is a common rule without being official at time. In this case ot won't be a big discussion. But it will be great that
everybody (also for future COngress Organizers) knows it will be a stated point. |

ahhm, sorry .... but ... are you kidding?
This is a contradiction in itself. Push the development of the new website! And don't make plan B. What about Category B of the EYF grant application?
Are there any updates? |

The website application was rejected ufortunately...
"The Programming Committee on Youth examined your application 7157.1.B.2012. PC26 :
EGEA Website development.
We are sorry to inform you that this project has not been accepted for funding for the following reasons:
As the website of EGEA already exists, preference has been given to other projects."
So far we don't have money for finalising new website, so Plan B is necessary. But still - its only B |
