This April EGEA will celebrate its 25th birthday. To celebrate this the founding entities Barcelona, Warszawa and Utrecht invite everyone to join us
on an international weekend of birthday celebrations.
EGEA 25th Birthday Weekend

This weekend will be held from April 13 to April 15 in the Polish Jurassic Highlands, near to Krakow and Krakow Pyrzowice Airport. The programme of
the weekend will involve some traditional EGEA activities from the last 25 years and is mostly about seeing old friends, meeting new ones and having
fun! More information will follow very soon so keep an eye on this topic page for details. The registration website will also be online soon. |

Jelle asked me during the AC. So we consulted Google Earth and we figured out that the middle of the three founding entities would be somewhere near
Stuttgart in Germany.
But I think it was easier for them to organise it there |

Yes we looked for a lot of accomodations in Germany, but either it wasn't available or too expensive. Poland is cheap and is also quite easy to travel
to |

Indeed. It would harder to organise everything remotely. Also the time was going by and we still haven't found anything available in Germany, that's
why we decided it.
Jurassic Highlands is by the way very nice region, famous for climbing and hiking. |

I like this (: |
For what is a man? What has he got?
If not himself - Then he has naught.
To say the things he truly feels
And not the words of one who kneels.
The record shows I took the blows
And did it my way.
Yes, it was my way. |

|
But near to Kraków there is Balice Airport and Pyrzowice Airport is close to Katowice
So where the EGEA Birthday Party will take place? |

one question though: what kind of a system are you going to have for registered people? First come first serve or usual congress division or sth else?
