will be a prize for the best team! Against a hungry stomach there'll be a
campfire and some "pølse med lompe" (take a wild guess what that might be...)
After having a great time in the snow the sauna waits for you - you'll need to relax a bit before the big party starts - followed by a nice and cold

singing and drinking and laughing not at least, before the band starts to play
the songs of our youth and we dance our feet off! Woohoo! (Geir Globus' in the House tonight!!!)
When we start to get tired and almost fall asleep it's comforting to know that we'll spend the night at the hut and just can slip into our beds and
dream of Odin, Trolls and Espen Askeladden...And...who knows... Maybe we'll see a moose or two?
17.02. Recovery
Sleep long, sleep tight;
Sleep until the dawns light sweeps away the darkest night.
We eat breakfast at the hut and depart to our hosts - Spare time - explore
Trondheim on your own or join us to either Bowling, GoKart or Paintball (not yet decided)
We'll take a nice and slow battery recharging evening with some games and some "kosepils" (you'll find out soon enough what that is). However, for
those who want: The world and Trondheim is your oyster, in other words: There just might be another party around the corner if you want to join. We
are Norways Student City No. 1 - someplace there's always a party - but keep in mind tomorrows excursion!
18.02. Excursion and Farewellparty
Excursion - Time and place remains a secret... We can't tell you everything... But it could be cold... ;P
As for the Farewellparty we are currently discussing several options - stay put and wait for more information!

Good bye and farewell - Departure of the participants (all day)

looks great indeed, i'm also thinking about joining. And there do go some cheap flights from germany to norway, highly depending on airport and date.
i'm just curious to get more information about it

SAS (also through other airlines which are part of Star Alliance, for instance: Lufthansa)
SAS has youth fares which generally are cheaper than
the normal price! However, you have to be under 26 to be able to book that.
KLM
FinnAir (Don't know if that's the only One World airline...) Flybe (at least from Helsinki and Gdanksk) Norwegian Estonian Air
Most flights from continental Europe go through Oslo or another hub like Copenhagen or Amsterdam.
Sometimes flights to Oslo are much cheaper but be aware that there are three airports labeled Oslo: Gardermoen (OSL), which is the main airport,
Sandefjord/Torp (TRF) and Moss/Rygge (RYG). The latter two are outside Oslo and it takes about an hour to get from the airport to Oslo City by bus.
Airlines such as Ryanair and Wizzair are going there.
There is also a cheap bus to Trondheim which departs at least twice a day, and a train too. However, it takes about 7-8 hours to get from Oslo to
Trondheim; doesn't really matter if you take the train or the bus. The bus usually has free internet, coffee and tea. As for the train I'm not quite
sure. It's a very nice trip though - both by bus and by train - as you get to see much of Norway, which surely will be covered in snow.
The website for the bus (unfortunately it's only in norwegian, but we can help you to
book it.)
The price ranges from 49 NOK to 299 NOK which is approx. from 6,50 € to 39 €. It all depends on how early you book and availability.
The website of NSB, the Norwegian state railway
The price range here is a bit different from the bus, but if you're early you can get a ticket for 299 NOK as well. Traveling by train may be more
comfortable - it's up to you.
Both transports take the same route.

That shouldn't be a problem - it's warm and cozy inside the hut

if you travel by train, you should better wear a military uniform instead of
paying 856 nok (normal price, reduced starts from 199) military in uniform pay only 86 nok!
maybe i'm already in norway by that time and get some days off, would be great

That's true, but then you would need a military card, the uniform isn't enough. But students get 25% reduction in price on train tickets.
A little video from the GeoGalla in 2009 - it's in norwegian, but I think the mood gets through anyway - It's going to be even better this year, wait for it!
