Het programma voor de Utrecht Experience is als volgt:
Vrijdag
19.00 - 20.00 - Aankomst van gasten
20.30 - 22.30 - Kennismaking en andere epische dingen in de gymzaal
aan de Deken Roesstraat 2G
23.45 - - Partyy in Maria
Zaterdag
11.00 - 17.00 - We verzamelen om 11.00 aan de Weg naar Rhijnouwen 2 voor
het ophalen van de steps. Daarna doen we een leuke route,
handige aanhaakmomenten zijn 12.30 voor de lunch op het
Lepelenburg en 14.30 het Utrechtse Bierbrouwersfestival aan
Molenpark 3.
18.30 - 20.00 - Lekker eten bij Tamara en Carolijn
20.00 - 22.00 - Pubquiz in 't Weerbericht
22.30 - - Feestje in 't Oude Pothuys
Zondag
11.00 - 13.00 - Brakke Brunch aan Lepelenburg
13.00 - 14.00 - Waterfietsen (tegenover Winkel van Sinkel)
14.00 - - Goodbye

Due to the interviews for the Candidate Board for 2012-2013 the EGEA room will be closed on Tuesday the 22nd of May.

We are going to Berlin, yes it is true, we are going to visit the most vibrant city of Europe! Before we go there, the EGEAns from Berlin are first
coming to check out Utrecht. We already have a program for them ready here in Utrecht and we are lookig forward to show them the real authentic
student life in Utrecht. The other way around we will experience some real hardcore Berlin lifestyle when we will be there. So there is nothing to
doubt about, two amazing weekends for only 150 euros, that's only possible at EGEA! Don't hesitate to contact us, we are happy with newbie's but also
with dinosaurs

As one of the last International Student Activities of the year we're gonna do something very special. Most of you probably know about the islands in
the north and the sea that is between them and the shore. This is the Waddenzee and you can actually walk on it. And that's is exactly what we are
going to do! On Monday the 4th of June a guide will take us through this very special area and you can have this special experience!
There is a maximum of 12 participants, so make sure to have a place on the list. Costs will be 12 euros + the costs you have to make for travelling
there (which can be free by public transport for Dutchies, but we also have a car for internationals students who don't have an transport card).
Because the guide needs to make some arrangements for that day, we need to know the final number of participants quite early. This means that we close
subscription on the 11th of May!
