♦ to create a network of trainers whose aim is to train EGEA members so that they can work better for the organisation
♦ to develop skills, useful in the present and future life for all egeans
♦ to support the contact persons and event organizers in order to implement a training structure in their entity or their event.

Our projects for this year - ongoing and new

♦ Training Event / Re - FINE:
We want to organise a second training event in EGEA after FINE: For more info check out the FINE 2 website and also the website of FINE last year.

The event will be organize by EGEA Bayern and take place in Munich from 8-14 of October 2012.

♦ Trainings at ERC: (together with organisers of ERC)
We will make an open call and select the trainers for the Eastern Regional Congress together with the organisers

♦ Collection of Games:
We will collect and structure games of all games. This should be a database for EGEAns to use them and create a better mood with energizers, teambuilding games etc.

♦ Training Handbook:
We will work on a training handbook/manual for specfic training topics like e.g communication, teambulding etc. which should be an idea creator and example for trainers




New ideas for this year or the future

♦ English Summer School: (proposed by BoE)
BoE had the idea to organise an English Summer School next year to train EGEAns in English to minimize the language barrier

♦ Training Event on a specific topic
We have the idea to maybe organise a second training event on a specific topic like e.g. communication

♦ Training for/of CPs:
We have the idea to maybe organise a longer training event for CPs than the CP Day and train them in teambulding, public speaking, promotion, fundraising etc. This could also be a joint project with more committees and could be done in a small or a big scale.

♦ Promotion of Trainings in EGEA:
We want to promote trainings more inside EGEA
