The time has finally come:
OPEN CALL FOR EGEA BOARD MEMBERS FOR 2012/2013
We invite all those who are interested in leading our great organisation to present their candidatures. Please include the following information in
your application:
A short story about:
- Yourself and your EGEA experience so far;
- Your studies/work so far and coping with life/studies/EGEA (time availability, etc);
- EGEA next year: how do YOU see it?
- Anything else you think necessary.
Procedure for electing Board members:
- Candidates for the positions of President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary can apply until 31 May by publishing a letter on
the EGEA website.
- Candidates for the positions of President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary apply for one specific Board function.
- Member entities vote on the candidates for the positions of President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary by e-voting or during emeeting(s).
The results should be known and officially announced until 15 July.
- A representative of the entity chosen to organize the Annual Congress will become a member of the candidating board
- After announcing the results, the selected candidates are proposed for final approval by the General Assembly to become the new Board.
