Purpose: Integration of knowledge and practices of students and young scientists of the European and Russian universities in the
study of the northern and Arctic regions.
Objectives:
• Organize training modules on relevant geographical areas;
• Promote Russian North;
• Engage in international programs APECS, NArFU and EGEA.

• Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov (NarFU);
• EGEA Arkhangelsk;
• APECS;
• Administration of the Arkhangelsk region.
