The Board of EGEA is the main decision-making body elected by the General Assembly and works closely with the Regional Contact Persons in overseeing the running of EGEA. The BoE is made up of five positions and responsible for the overall strategy, finances, grant policy and maintaining effective relations with sponsors and partners. The BoE meets every 1-3 months but also keeps in constant contact with each other digitally. In maintaining regular communication with all members through e-governance and in bringing together the Organisation and Strategy Commission, the BoE ensures democracy and transparency.
