Protected Areas Seminar (shortly PAS) is a new concept that can be passed from an entity to another, not depending on its geographical position, but the only rule is to take place in a protected area.

The first edition will be held in Horezu - Romania (31st July-4th August) and its title is "The role of culture and local traditions in nature's conservation" and the case study will focus on the Buila Vanturarita National Park and sorroundings.

The seminar will be a combination between field trips and discussions in focus groups using new methods. The field trips will be held in places unique in Romania or even Europe.

There will be 30 places for egeans and 10 places for our parteners (ASG), excepting the organizing team.
