After Congress
EGEA Zagreb is organize for you, who what to see and know more of Croatia, trip from Lastovo to Zagreb.
First we will come to Split with catamaran from Lastovo.
In Split, you will have free time for breakfast and a short tour of the town of Split. Diocletian's Palace is the most important part of the city, and is protected by UNESCO.
After that short brake in Split we will continue journey to Zagreb. Next stop will be National Park Plitvice Lakes (Plitvička jezera).
About NP Plitvice Lakes:
Croatia's first National park established in 1949. The park was inscribed on the UNESCO's World Heritage List in 1979, in recognition of its "outstanding natural beauty and undisturbed production of travertine (tufa) through chemical and biological action". The park represents a phenomenon of karst hydrography.
"There are water, lakes, waterfalls and forest elsewhere, but Plitvice Lakes, are unique they simply must be seen!" (Academic, Ivo Pevalek, 1937) Come for a visit and take away the experience of a lifetime.. It is time to get out and enjoy the beautiful outdoor in Croatia!.
After wonders of Plitvice Lakes we are heading forward to Zagreb, capital of Croatia. There we will go out in night life, and in Sunday you will be introduced to biggest city of Croatia, and home city of EGEA Zagreb.
